- If you paid through our app, you can cancel your subscription in Videostream by going to Settings -> My Recurring Payments
- If you paid with PayPal, simply log in to Paypal and cancel your recurring payment like this: https://www.paypal.com/li/smarthelp/article/how-do-i-cancel-an-automatic-payment-i-have-with-a-merchant-faq2058. Try to do this yourself, as there's recently been some issues cancelling PayPal subscriptions on our end.
- If you paid with Google Play, you will need to resolve this issue with them as we have no access to your account.
