Super sorry that you're having trouble loading files!! This is an issue many of our users have encountered and we are currently working on a fix.
 
For now, can you try to uninstall and reinstall the app?

You'll have to completely uninstall / remove the app first using the instructions above!

Sometimes the uninstall process leaves some stragglers and causes some issues like yours to arise. Can you try navigating to these folders and deleting them?
 
  • c:\users\xxx\appdata\local\videostream
  • c:\users\xxx\appdata\roaming\microsoft\windows\start menu\programs\videostream


Once you've done that, you can go back to the desktop app here: Download
