Apologies for the the inconvenience! Can you follow these steps for me:
  1. Un-pairing all the devices on your phone app
  2. Closing all running Chrome and Videostream processes
  3. Running the Firewall Repair Tool in admin mode
  4. Rebooting computer
  5. Do you have Adblock or a VPN installed on your phone? These tend to block the ports that Videostream uses to connect the remote app to your computer.

P.S. In Videostream code there is two ports used - 5556 and 5557, previously we suggested changing them both, which can break pairing for some users. Try to replace only 5556 and leave 5557 as is, in this case it often works well on desktop as well with Android client.
