If you paid with Stripe you can cancel your subscription in Videostream by going to Settings -> My Recurring Payments
If you paid with PayPal, simply log in to Paypal and cancel your recurring payment like this: https://www.paypal.com/ca/selfhelp/article/How-do-I-cancel-an-automatic-payment-I-have-with-a-merchant-FAQ2058/5
If you paid with Google Play, send us an email at team@getvideostream.com with your order number and we can cancel it for you.
